Introduction
The Financial Systems Service Team manage configuration changes and technical support to the Financial and Banking applications managed by Shared Services SA.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
The Financial Systems Support and Reporting service includes:
- managing SA Government contracts and relationships with application vendors
- change management of Basware, Masterpiece and data warehouse applications
- management of systems upgrades
- maintenance and administration of systems
- production, distribution and administration of standard reports
- maintenance of agency chart of accounts
