In line with the implementation of CHRIS 21, existing HR procedures for Position and Occupancy Management and Leave Application Processes are being updated.
CHRIS 21 places much greater importance on managers (delegates) ensuring paperwork for terminations, extension of contracts, variations to contracted hours etc. are provided to their HR team well in advance of the changes occurring. Employees will not be paid past their contract end date or where they are assigned to a position that has expired.
‘Smart’ HR forms have also been created, which will be rolled out following the implementation of CHRIS 21. The functionality of these forms includes the pre-population of various fields from the details held in CHRIS 21, reducing the amount of input required and improving accuracy.
