Updates - 24 May 2019

On 24th May 2019 the below versions of the HR Smart Forms were released, based upon feedback from users. 

  • Position Management V1.6.8A
  • Employment Management V1.6.8A
  • Employee Details V1.6.8A.

The key changes on all forms include:

  • Updating colour scheme to the blue Department of Treasury and Finance branding
  • Location listing in the Position Management form is filtered based on Agency selected, and
  • Question added asking if deductions should be transferred or not transferred.

Updates - 12 February 2019

On 12th February 2019 the Position Management HR01 Form (V1.6.7B) was updated. 

The key change on this form is:

  • Added in REL 6 (Business Manager)  and REL 7 (Alternative Manager) into Position Relationships.

Updates - 26 May 2017

On 26th May 2017 the below versions of the HR Smart Forms were released, based upon feedback from users.

  • Position Management V1.6.3E
  • Employment Management V1.6.4F
  • Employee Details V1.6

The key changes on all forms include:

  • Reducing the number of fields to be entered for each request type,
  • Simplification of request types,
  • Validation and pre-population of available data, and
  • Optional additional sign-offs for HR, Finance, and Employees.

The major changes lie within the HR02 Employment Form. A summary of these changes are below:

Request Type Change

Allowance OR Additional Duties

Form used to advise of allowances payable to an employee, including Higher Duties for Weekly Paid employees.
Please note; a total list of allowances is not yet available in the drop down of this form. Allowances are being mapped to be included in future versions.

Change of Hours OR Roster

Ability to add additional roster patterns on the same form.

Option to advise the change is due to Compressed Weeks agreements.

Create New Contract

Form used to create new contracts for the below scenarios:

  • New employees to SA Government,
  • Employees transferring from other Agencies, and
  • Employees within the same Agency

Extend Contract Existing Employee

Form used to extend the current contract for an existing employee.

Permanent & Temporary Assignments

Forms used for assigning an employee within the same Agency, including Higher Duties arrangements.

Termination

Form used to advise of an employee permanently leaving SA Government.

Separation

Form used to advise of an employee temporarily or permanently leaving their current Agency, but transferring employment to a different SA Government Agency.

Future improvements have been noted for future versions of these forms, which include:

  • A full list of commonly used Allowances.
  • AHPRA licencing requirements for Nursing Staff.
