The implementation of online Bonafide and Leave Return reporting via HR21 Employee and Manager Self-Service continues, with the Department for Child Protection and Southern Adelaide Local Health Network both receiving their first online reports in the last pay of the 2017-18 Financial Year.
The new functionality enables:
- The automated generation of Bonafide and Leave Return reports
- The publishing of these reports in HR21 for review by the applicable manager (or their administrative delegate)
- Electronic sign-off, including the ability to add commentary; and
- Audit reporting for HR on completion status.
This online solution provides a more streamlined process for managers, improves audit controls, removes the requirement for printing hard copy reports and enhances agency-level reporting capability.
Shared Services SA has recently commenced discussions with a number of other agencies to develop a schedule for the further deployment of this functionality.
